However, upon arrival, we found some cleanliness issues, like a used bandaid and trash left behind, which was disappointing. Although housekeeping addressed it promptly, the overall cleanliness wasn't up to par during our stay. Additionally, the pool area was small and often crowded, making it less enjoyable to relax there. I felt like the breakfast setup could be improved to prevent long lines during peak times. Despite these hiccups, I truly appreciated the friendly staff and the beautiful lobby decor. The comfortable room made up for some inconveniences, making it a decent stay overall.
